Born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, Cate brings deep local knowledge and more than six years of experience across residential, commercial, new construction, and investment real estate. A graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Business, her diverse background gives her a well-rounded perspective and the ability to guide clients through a wide range of real estate needs with confidence and care. Outside of real estate, Cate enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and two dogs, discovering local restaurants and businesses, playing and watching sports, staying active, and being involved in the Middle Tennessee community she has always called home.
Born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, Caroline brings a modern, relationship-driven approach to real estate rooted in her background in communications, marketing, and luxury sales. She studied Communications and Social Media Management at Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she developed a passion for branding, marketing, and building meaningful client relationships. Today, she combines those strengths with her knowledge of Middle Tennessee to deliver thoughtful service and strategic marketing for every client. Outside of real estate, Caroline enjoys playing tennis and golf, discovering new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and exploring everything Middle Tennessee has to offer.
